Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the mobile games published on Google Play and to the rushlogames.com website by Rushlo Games ("I", "me"), an independent game development brand run personally by Osman İlçektuğ. I process personal data in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
My games don't ask you to create an account, and I don't collect your name, email or phone number in-game. While you play, the following may be processed automatically:
- Device and app information: device model, OS version, language, app version, crash logs.
- Advertising ID: the Android Advertising ID and related ad interaction data.
- Usage data: in-game events such as session length, levels reached and scores.
- Purchases: in-app purchases are handled by Google Play. I never see or store card or payment details; only the transaction ID needed to verify the purchase is processed.
- When you write to me: what you send by email is used only to reply to you.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep my games free, they show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use the Advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve, measure and personalise ads. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. Details: how Google uses data for ads and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your Advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.
4. Analytics
To understand how the game is played and fix bugs, I may use analytics tools such as Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). This data is reviewed in aggregate and isn't used to identify you personally.
5. Where and how long data is kept
Data may be processed on Google servers, which can be located outside Türkiye. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; email correspondence for up to 2 years after a request is closed.
6. Children's privacy
My games are not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal data from that age group. If you believe a child under 13 has shared data, write to me and I'll delete it.
7. Your rights and data deletion
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you can access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. To request deletion, email info@rushlogames.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and mention which game you use. I'll respond within 30 days. To remove data held by ad and analytics providers, you should also reset your Advertising ID.
8. This website
rushlogames.com doesn't use advertising cookies. A cookie named rl_lang and browser storage remember your language. Google Analytics only runs if you allow it; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data. Fonts and code libraries are served from this server; no third-party font or CDN service is used.
9. Changes
When I update this policy I change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes are also announced in-game.
