Terms of Use
Rushlo Games is an independent game development brand run personally by Osman İlçektuğ. By downloading my games or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Licence
I grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use my games for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights to the games' code, art, audio and the "Rushlo" name and logo remain mine.
2. What's not allowed
- Copying, reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the games.
- Using cheats, bots or tools that manipulate scores.
- Abusing the ad system (fake clicks and the like).
3. In-app purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Virtual items have no real-money value.
4. Ads
The games may show third-party ads (Google AdMob). Advertisers are responsible for their ads' content. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of liability
The games are provided "as is". I can't guarantee they'll run without interruption or bugs, but I'll do my best to fix issues you report. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect damages.
6. Changes and governing law
I may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Mersin have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
